We’re appealing to our readers to print up a couple of posters for the CAR BOOT SALE. All you have to do is click on either or both pictures, right click on it when it comes up large and Save As, put it in a file, print it up and put it up wherever you go. LOOKING FOR A HOME

ne of the people working on the new pavement by the square has asked us to post the picture of this sweet little bitch. His family found it and took it home to their flat, where they already have another two. He says it is the sweetest, gentlest thing: sleeps by their bed when not on it, etc. It is fully vaccinate and chipped, apparently, but they can’t keep it much longer and are loath to take it to the pound. (“Deserves more than that,” he says.) If you or anyone you know is looking for what seems to be a faithful companion, write a comment below or send us an e-mail.
