10pm – Coronation of the Infant and Juvenile Queens of the Fair and their cortege. Official opening announcement of the fair by Francisco Jiménez, ‘Currini’

Thursday 14th
GIGANTES Y CABEZUDOS
8pm – Street parade by Casa Brotons, accompanied by the Municipal Band and the Armando Herrera Band Association from Algeciras, and more.
11pm – Dancing in the Municipal marquee, with Orquesta de la Luna.
Friday 15th – PENSIONERS’ DAY
8pm – Dinner-dance at the Municipal marquee, with Trío Mayorana
Saturday 16th
2pm -WOMEN’S LUNCHEON at the Municipal marquee
7pm – CHILDREN’S PARTY at the Municipal swimming pool
8.30 – The Fair Queen, cortege and Mayor offer piñonate at the entrance to the fairgrounds and at other parts of town

1.30pm – Domingo Rociero at the Municipal marquee with Trío Mayorana and paella for all
3pm – Junca y Romero Group and sevillana competition
7.30pm – Local swimming competition at Municipal pool

what a beautiful painting by Antonio vega, it will be a great poster, so good to see something that isn’t gaudy, I seem to remember there was a very tasteful poster last year which we saw when we visited.
