THEY’LL STOP AT NOTHING

cables.jpgThieves stole the electric cable system of a Guadiaro home while its owners were watching television. The robbery took place on Friday night when Diego Pedreira and Kini de Vargas had what they thought was one of the area’s frequent power cuts, only to be astounded to find that the outside cables were missing, presumably to sell for their copper content. In the meantime, they have had to hire an electric generator that costs some €120 per day to keep up the power supply to their home.
