TRAFFIC LIGHTS IN ESTACIÓN
A letter by a ‘Mr. Beatman’ published on TioJimeno complains about the traffic lights in Estación. While they are not as incomprehensible as in our picture, it is true that the changes happen in some 30 seconds. ‘Mr. Beatman’ also says that when people come out of the butchers at the lights by the railway crossing, they are incessantly pressing the button, as are some who have nothing better to do than cause chaos for no apparent reason, which creates a great deal of confusion, not to mention traffic jams that can sometimes go all the way back to the petrol station.
