(Agencies) Ryan Air often uses its celebrity customers in its advertising, but the latest has been removed. Queen Sofía of Spain travelled to the UK from Santander on Saturday to be with her brother, Constantine of Greece, who was undergoing a heart operation. The appearance of a newspaper advertisement earlier this week caused upset and ‘surprise’ at Zarzuela Palace. The airline agreed to discontinue the campaign forthwith. Ryan has been in trouble before, using photos of José Luis Zapatero in 2007 and of Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni before their marriage. The company was forced to pay the couple €60,000.
