(Agencies) Spanish Foreign Secretary Miguel Ángel Moratinos has confirmed that he will visit Gibraltar next Tuesday to take part in the Tripartite Forum talks to be held there. It will be the first time a Spanish Minister visits the Rock officially, which will set a precedent that it had been feared would not take place after several incidents and statements regarding the waters around the colony.
