(Agencies) According to a report by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), teachers in Spain spend 16% of their time at school keeping order in class. Almost half the secondary school teachers in Spain, whose continuing education is among the highest, feel that they receive little or no evaluation or comment about their work, the highest such figure behind Italy. Called the TALIS report (for Teaching and Learning International Survey), it surveyed 90,000 teachers in 23 countries and is food for thought for parents with children in the Spanish educational system.
