This building is the subject of yet more controversy. The last Council Plenary session approved it post facto – in other words it was approved when it was already there, albeit not entirely finished (see related items here). Now the environmental pressure group Agaden has issued a statement protesting the fact that its several appeals against the building (including that it is inside a protected Nature Park) were not accepted by the Council because the pertinent fax they sent to the Town Hall was dated over 8 hours after it was sent.
