MINISTERIAL CHANGES IN GIBRALTAR

The Chief Minister of Gibraltar, Peter Caruana, has decided to exchange ministerial responsibilities between Joe Holliday (photo) and Ernest Britto. Holliday, until yesterday in charge of Tourism, will now take up Transport, while Britto takes over Tourism and Environment, which had been Holliday’s bailiwick for 12 years. The decision, according to sources close to Caruana, “will allow Holliday to concentrate on the development of the new airport and all it implies.”
