Thomas Beatie says he is pregnant. According to Advocate.com, the US-based gay and lesbian news magazine, Beatie was born ‘a woman in a man’s body’ and underwent breast operations and testosterone treatment to become a man, but his reproductive organs remained intact. When his wife Nancy was told she couldn’t become pregnant, they decided that Thomas would carry their child.
Perhaps Beatie is eligible for Queen Victoria’s supposed ‘prize’ for a man who becomes pregnant. Yes, this has nothing to do with Jimena but we couldn’t resist it, especially as we’re so close to April Fool’s Day.
