Opened in January, the flea market on the way up to the castle in Castellar, is gaining strength. The smiling face looking at the camera belongs to Quetina. She and Jorge have re-opened La Cuadra, at the top end of town next to La Casa Grande. Jorge, from Argentina, makes the most delicious food from that country, including ‘matambre’ (mata hambre - hunger killer), ‘panqueque con dulce de leche’, ‘empanadas’ and crispy-crust pizza [...]
